After receiving your files we will import your map, scale it properly to the right coordinates and complete your 3D map dataset. If you have opted to have the exterior modeled our amazing team of artists will carefully craft a digital likeness.

We aim to uphold a 30 day lead time, which means we will try to get your order delivered 30 days after a statement of work has been signed by both parties. This timescale is an estimate and is subject to change depending on the size of your building and the level of detail you require. We will always keep you informed of your order's progress.

Your building and any interior map associated with it will be visible and viewable by anyone using the WRLD SDKs. If you would like the exterior and/or interior of your building to be private, please choose a paid service, or get in touch to arrange the privatisation of your map and receive a quote for the cost.

During our discussions with you we will come to a contractual agreement regarding the work to be carried out and how it will be billed. We normally charge upfront for building requests however your account manager will be able to advise in more detail.
